Checkmate Showdown is an action 2D fighting game mixed with a chess game where players will crush their opponents in an arena and on the chessboard through online multiplayer. Utilize both the strategic element of chess with the fast-paced frenetic complexity of a fighting game with Checkmate Showdown coming to PC at a later date. Checkmate Showdown has a Kickstarter campaign available to support the development that players access to the Closed Beta.
