Witches of the New World – Official Reveal Teaser Trailer
Witches of the New World is a single-player third-person action-horror souls-like video game, created in Unreal Engine 5. The game is set in the late 17th Century during the height of the witch-hunting craze. Fight the forces of darkness as witchfinder Jedediah Hopkins and decide the fate of Salem’s soul as well as your own. Master a wide array of acrobatic mechanics and defeat nightmarish creatures. Witches of the New World is set to launch in 2025.
The game is in development by Horizontal Entertainment, a brand of TagWizz which is the number one full-stack video game company in Mexico. Witches of the New World marks the most ambitious Latin American video game to date and Horizontal Entertainment believes Latin America has the potential to become a development powerhouse, not unlike what happened in Poland and Romania decades ago.
